Is this really free?

Yes. No catch, no follow-up nag sequence. We figure out fit fast and either book a next step or wish each other well.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No prep required. If you have a website URL, a rough revenue figure, and an idea of what is bugging you most, that is plenty.

Who from your team will I be talking to?

One of the two co-founders, usually both for the first call. The same humans who would do the work, no account managers in between.

What if it is not a fit?

We will tell you plainly and, where we can, point you to someone who is a better match. Wasting your time wastes ours too.

Can I see pricing first?

Pricing is engagement-specific so it follows the call. The call itself is where we confirm scope, then we send a written quote within two working days.
