These terms govern your use of aiagency.nz and any services delivered by AI Agency NZ ("we", "us"). By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
AI Agency NZ is a New Zealand business offering website design, SEO, AIO, AI automation, social media marketing, LinkedIn outreach, AI filmmaking and AI avatar services for New Zealand and Australian businesses.
You may view, share and link to content on this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, modify, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any content without our written permission. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (a statement of work or services agreement). The terms of that agreement take precedence over this page where they conflict. Pricing shown on this site is indicative; a fixed quote follows the discovery call.
All site content, including text, design, code, photographs and product names (SpeaktoNotes, SpeaktoFinance, SpeaktoClients) is owned by AI Agency NZ unless otherwise stated. Work we produce for clients is governed by the relevant statement of work, which typically transfers ownership of final deliverables to the client on payment.
Information you share with us during a discovery call or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the work you have asked for. We sign mutual NDAs on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agency NZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. For engaged services, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
This site links to third-party services (Cal.com, GitHub, blog posts and so on). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
