Do I have to use every service?
No. Pick one, or pick the lot. Most engagements start with the one or two services that move the needle quickest and grow from there.
How long does an engagement usually take?
A website rebuild lands in 4-6 weeks. SEO and AIO compound over months. Automations are quick to ship and then quietly maintained. We give you a realistic timeline after the discovery call.
Do you work outside New Zealand?
Yes. Most of our work is for NZ businesses but we ship for clients across Australia too, and the occasional international project where the fit is right.
Who will I actually work with?
The two co-founders, Gray Walsh and Reuben Scott. The humans who pitch the work do the work. No account handoffs.
What does it cost?
Pricing is engagement-specific. We confirm scope on the discovery call and follow up with a written quote inside two working days. No surprise line items.
What if it is not a fit?
We will tell you straight, and where we can we will point you to someone who is a better match. Wasting your time wastes ours too.
Can you take over a project that is already underway?
Often, yes. Bring the existing site, brief or codebase and we will tell you honestly whether we should pick up where things stopped or start fresh.
